Interpretation:

  • Third-party Social Media Service refers to any services or content (including data, information, products, or services) provided by third parties that may be displayed or made available by the Service.

  • You refers to the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or legal entity on behalf of which the individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Limitation of Liability

Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of these Terms, and your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you through the Service or 100 USD if you haven’t purchased anything through the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, loss of data or information, business interruption, personal injury, loss of privacy, arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software, and/or third-party hardware used with the Service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you. In such cases, the liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

“AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer

The Service is provided to you “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” and with all faults and defects, without warranty of any kind. Without limiting the foregoing, the Company makes no representation or warranty of any kind that the Service will meet your requirements, be compatible or work with any other software, applications, systems or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards, or be error-free.

Neither the Company nor its providers makes any representation regarding: (i) the availability of the Service, (ii) that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, (iii) the accuracy or reliability of any information provided via the Service, or (iv) the absence of viruses, malware, or other harmful components in the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns or disputes regarding the Service, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.

For European Union (EU) Users:
If you are a consumer in the EU, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you reside.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs all payments made on this website through our payment gateway partner, Razorpay. By making a payment on this website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Applicability

This policy applies to all payments made for products, services, consultations, subscriptions, digital content, or any other offerings available on this website, unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase. 

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Service-Based Offerings (Consultations, Advisory, Professional Services) 

  • Cancellations are permitted only if requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service delivery. 
  • Cancellation requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled service shall not be eligible for a refund. 
  • Once the service has been delivered or partially delivered, no cancellation will be accepted. 

2.2 Digital Products / Online Courses / Downloadable Content 

  • Due to the nature of digital products, no cancellations are allowed once access is granted or content is delivered. 

2.3 Subscriptions 

  • Subscription cancellations will take effect from the next billing cycle. 
  • Any subscription fee already paid for the current billing cycle is non-refundable. 

 3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be considered only under the following circumstances: 

  • Duplicate payment made due to a technical error. 
  • Payment debited but service/product not delivered. 
  • Cancellation request approved as per the Cancellation Policy. 

3.1 Non-Refundable Scenarios 

Refunds shall not be issued in the following cases: 

  • Change of mind after purchase. 
  • Dissatisfaction arising from personal expectations not matching the service scope. 
  • Failure to attend scheduled consultations or sessions. 
  • Incorrect information provided by the customer during purchase. 
  • Delays or failures caused by factors beyond our control. 

 4. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days. 
  • The refunded amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment used via Razorpay. 
  • Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider. 

 

5. RazorpayDisclaimer 

Payments on this website are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. Razorpay does not hold responsibility for refund approvals or service delivery disputes. All refund decisions are made solely by us in accordance with this policy. 

 6.How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To request a cancellation or refund, please contact us with the following details: 

  • Registered name 
  • Email address used for payment 
  • Transaction ID / Payment ID 
  • Reason for cancellation or refund request

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this policy, payments made on the website, or services rendered shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. 

 

9. Limitation of Liability and Risk Disclosure

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of this website, payment processing, or services provided. 
  • Our maximum liability, if any, shall be limited strictly to the amount actually paid by the customer for the specific service or product in dispute. 
  • Users acknowledge that professional services, consultations, and educational content are provided on a best-effort basis and do not constitute any guarantee of outcomes, results, financial gains, or regulatory approvals. 

 

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for delays, failures, or inability to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, natural disasters, internet outages, system failures, pandemics, or third-party service disruptions (including Razorpay or banking networks).
